Pre-Sales Engineer- ELV

LOOKING FOR PRE SALES ENGINEER HOLDING VALID SIRA ENGINEER & UAE DRIVING LICENSE. WITH MIN 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING SIRA PROJECT, OTHER CCTV PROJECTS AND STRUCTURED CABLING PROJECTS.

• Engage with potential customers to understand their technical requirements and business needs.
• Conduct technical assessments to evaluate the compatibility of the solution with the customer’s existing systems and infrastructure.
• Provide technical presentations, product demos, and proof-of-concept demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Work with customers to design and tailor solutions based on their specific technical and business requirements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop accurate and competitive proposals, including product specifications, architecture diagrams, and cost estimates.
• Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFQs (Request for Quotations), and tenders with relevant technical documentation and solution recommendations.
• Address customer questions and objections related to the technical aspects of the solution.
• Provide product training and technical workshops for customers, if required.
• Work closely with product management and development teams to stay up to date with new features, updates, and capabilities of the products or solutions.
• Provide feedback from customers to help improve products and services.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, technical whitepapers, and case studies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Assist in the development of long-term relationships by providing ongoing technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
