Pre-Sales Engineer Fire $ Safety

We are seeking an experienced Presales & Design Engineer to handle Fire system design, BOQs, cost estimation, and technical presales support. The role involves close coordination with clients, consultants, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare technical proposals, BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates
• Conduct site surveys and client technical presentations when required
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
• Attend pre-bid and post-bid meetings
• Prepare AutoCAD layouts, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
• Prepare technical submittals, datasheets, and RFIs
• Coordinate with consultants, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 3–5 years Fire and Safety presales or design experience (UAE/GCC preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Fire systems design and integration
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
• Experience in BOQ preparation and estimation
• Excellent English communication
• UAE driving license preferred
• The candidate will be part of the Sales department, handling the following responsibilities:
• Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products and services in a designated region
• Visit potential clients
• Establishing new and maintaining existing relationships with customers.
• Managing and interpreting customer requirements
• Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
• Calculating client quotations
• Negotiating tender and contract terms
• Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
• Offering after-sales support services
• Administering client accounts
• Analyzing costs and sales
• Recording and maintaining client contact data
• Co-ordinating sales projects
• Solving client problems
