  • Engage and convince prospective clients to meet their property requirements.
  • Plan and execute advertising activities to promote residential and commercial properties.
  • Share details of newly listed properties with clients from the database.
  • Conduct site visits and provide live demos to help clients understand the value, features, and benefits of the property.
  • Schedule and manage appointments; accompany buyers during property visits.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups with both new and existing leads.
  • Actively work on scheduled appointments to convert potential buyers.
  • Guide and assist clientsbuyers and investors—throughout the property buying process to ensure the right purchase under the best terms.
  • Assess client needs, budgets, and financial capabilities to recommend suitable property options.
  • Facilitate negotiations, advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements to ensure transparent and fair transactions.
  • Maintain and regularly update property listings.
