About the Role

We are hiring a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive / Pre-Sales Consultant with strong expertise in deck writing, proposal creation, and IT solution positioning.

In this role, you will support the sales team in engaging with US-based clients, understanding business requirements, and creating compelling presentations and proposals that convert leads into long-term business opportunities.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience in IT services, SaaS, or software development environments who enjoy strategic communication and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

  • Support sales during client discussions and requirement-gathering calls (US clients)
  • Understand business needs and align them with suitable IT solutions
  • Assist in solution positioning and opportunity qualification

Deck Writing & Proposal Development

  • Create high-quality pitch decks, solution presentations, and executive summaries
  • Prepare RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and detailed business proposals
  • Customize presentations according to client requirements and branding guidelines
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate and feasible solution representation

Market & Strategic Analysis

  • Conduct competitor research and market analysis
  • Support development of value propositions and pricing strategies
  • Maintain updated pre-sales documents, templates, and case studies

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams
  • Maintain CRM records and track pre-sales activities
  • Provide structured updates and reports to leadership

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in IT pre-sales or software solution consulting
  • Strong expertise in deck writing and presentation storytelling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of IT services, software development, and digital solutions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and documentation tools
  • Comfortable working in US shift timings

Preferred Profile

  • Experience working with international (US) clients
  • Background in IT services, SaaS, or software product companies
  • Strong attention to detail and structured documentation skills
