Pre Sales Executive (Telecalling role)

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Pre-Sales Executive to generate sales qualified leads and build

initial customer interest through outbound and inbound calls leading to conversions. The role focuses on

understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable IT hardware solutions, and scheduling meetings or

demos for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

 Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and campaign leads

 Handle inbound inquiries across various channels and qualify leads based on requirements, budget,

and decision timeline

 Explain product offerings such as laptops, desktops, servers, conference, networking devices,

peripherals, and enterprise IT solutions

 Identify customer pain points and suggest suitable hardware configurations

 Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems

 Coordinate with sales and technical leads for follow-ups and proposals

 Meet daily/weekly call targets and lead conversion goals

 Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication

 Stay updated on product specifications, industry trends, and competitor offerings

Required Qualifications

 Graduate in any discipline [BSC-IT, BE (IT) or E&TC]. Diploma Engineering passouts may also apply

 2–3 years of telecalling / inside sales / pre-sales experience (IT hardware or technology industry)

 Candidates from real estate pre sales experience may also apply

 Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills- Proficient in Hindi, English and Marathi

 Strong listening and needs-analysis ability

 Basic understanding of IT hardware products and terminology

 CRM, internet and MS Office proficiency

 Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally

 Good time management and multitasking skills

 Prior experience in B2B sales or lead generation

 Knowledge of enterprise IT procurement cycles

 Familiarity with hardware brands and configurations

Key Performance Metrics

 Number of calls made per day

 Qualified leads generated

 Appointment/demo conversions

 Lead-to-opportunity ratio

 Revenue generated

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
