We are seeking a highly experienced Pre-Sales Manager with deep expertise in Wealth Management and Private Banking to join our regional team. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, demonstrating how our innovative digital platforms and IT solutions can enable banks and financial institutions to transform their wealth management capabilities.The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in client engagements, solution positioning, and deal acceleration, bridging the gap between client business needs and our technology solutions.
Candidate Profile

Minimum 10 years of experience in the banking industry, specifically within wealth management, private banking, or investment advisory

Proven pre-sales or solution consulting experience with a technology provider, fintech, or consulting firm focused on financial institutions (preferred)

Strong understanding of front-to-back wealth management processes, including advisory, onboarding, portfolio management, compliance, and client reporting

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and translate complex technology into business value

Fluency in English; Arabic speaking is a strong advantage

Willingness to travel frequently across the Middle East (approx. 40–50%)

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification is an asset

Your Responsibilities

Engage with senior executives from private banks, wealth managers, and financial institutions to understand strategic priorities, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation goals

Position and demonstrate the company’s wealth management software solutions, including front to back-office capabilities, portfolio management, advisory tools, client onboarding, and digital channels

Collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to design tailored demonstrations, proposals, and proof-of-concepts aligned with client requirements

Respond to RFPs/RFIs, providing detailed business and technical inputs that highlight the value and differentiation of the solution

Conduct discovery workshops and presentations to articulate solution capabilities in business terms and translate customer needs into solution architecture

Support the end-to-end sales cycle – from opportunity qualification to contract closure – ensuring smooth knowledge transfer to the delivery team

Maintain up-to-date market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and emerging technologies in wealth management and digital banking

Represent the company at conferences, roadshows, and client events across the Middle East to strengthen brand visibility and relationships
