
Pre-Sales Officer

Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate quotations and sales proposals based on client requirements.
- Follow up with clients regarding quotations, feedback, and order confirmations.
- Coordinate with the sales, operations, finance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth and timely order execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, proposals, sales progress, and order status using ERP or internal systems.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, technical submissions, and related paperwork.
- Follow up on pending payments, send payment reminders, and escalate overdue accounts, when necessary, in coordination with the finance team.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the immediate manager to support the sales function.
Key Requirements
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, or customer service roles.
- Minimum qualification Intermediate pass.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word & Excel); experience with EPR software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
