A Solution Lead plays a crucial role in designing, presenting, and delivering technology-driven solutions that align with client needs.
This role combines technical expertise, strategic consulting, and sales support to drive revenue growth.
The key roles and responsibilities:
- Understanding Client Requirements
- Work closely with clients, sales , and business development , Tech teams to gather technical and business requirements.
- Assess the feasibility of proposed solutions based on client IT infrastructure.
- Design customized IT solutions involving data, cloud, AI , DevOps, and software platforms.
- Manage and Support RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), and tenders by preparing detailed solution
documents.
- Work with sales teams to create compelling technical proposals.
- Deliver product demonstrations, client presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
- Translate technical details into business value for stakeholders.
- Provide pricing models, effort estimation, and cost-benefit analysis for proposed solutions.
- Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of presales and solution selling in Data And AI field.
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player with a passion for solving customer problems.

- Ability to travel with a Business Visa to Saudi Arabia if needed.
