Pre-Sales Technical Specialist

We’re Hiring: Pre-Sales Technical Specialist (5+ Years Experience)

Are you a dynamic and technically skilled professional with a passion for business development and client engagement? We are looking for a Pre-Sales Technical Specialist to support sales initiatives, develop tailored technical solutions, and build strong client relationships within the IT industry.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Pre-Sales, Business Development, or Technical Solutions.
• Strong understanding of IT solutions, systems, and technologies. Experience in preparing technical proposals, presentations, and client demonstrations.
• Ability to gather client requirements and translate them into practical business solutions. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience in market research, lead generation, and partner engagement. Professional English communication skills – written and spoken.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, RHCE, CEH, or CISSP are an advantage. Must have a valid work or family visa in Qatar.
• Available to join immediately or within one month is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage client relationships and business opportunities.
• Prepare technical proposals, presentations, quotations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Conduct client discovery sessions and recommend suitable solutions.
• Support sales activities through technical consultation and solution design.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between business and technical requirements.
• Research market trends, identify new opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and sales activity records.
• Represent the company at meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
