Pre-sales Telecom Engineer/Network Engineer

WE ARE HIRING – PRE-SALES ENGINEER (TELECOM)

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Engineer with a strong Telecom / Network background to support our sales and technical teams.

Academic Major:

• Telecommunications
• Networking
• IT / Electronics or related field

Job Description:

• Provide networking products/solutions demonstrations and Proof-of-Concept (PoC)
• Create trusted technical advisor relationships with customers and internal teams
• Lead meetings and present network infrastructure solution designs to prospective customers
• Create and prepare RFIs and RFPs
• Work closely with the sales team to identify customer requirements and propose suitable telecom solutions
• Prepare technical proposals, compliance statements, BOQs, and cost estimations
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for technical and commercial support
• Review tender documents, specifications, and project requirements
• Support project handover to the operations/implementation team
• Maintain strong knowledge of telecom systems, networking, and related technologies
• Attend client meetings and provide pre-sales technical consultation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecom Engineering, Marketing, or related field
• Strong knowledge in:
• Telecom systems
• Structured cabling
• Networking
• Fiber optic systems
• IP telephony
• CCTV and ELV solutions
• Experience in technical proposals and tender submissions
• Above-average English communication and presentation skills
• UAE experience is an advantage
