Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and organized Pre-School Coordinator to oversee our early years program. The coordinator will manage day-to-day operations, support teachers, and ensure a nurturing and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the preschool team (teachers and support staff)
• Plan, implement, and review age-appropriate curriculum and activities Trabajo+2Shine+2
• Supervise daily operations: class schedules, staffing, student enrollment, and safety Trabajo+1
• Monitor child development, assess progress, and coordinate with teachers to support learning Trabajo
• Communicate with parents: update them on child progress, handle queries, and organize parent-teacher meetings Trabajo
• Train, mentor, and evaluate preschool staff; conduct regular meetings and professional development Trabajo+1
• Maintain records: attendance, staff schedules, student growth, and other administrative data Trabajo
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained preschool environment Shine

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field preferred SimplyHired
• Experience in preschool or early childhood education (teaching or coordination) Trabajo
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage staff and parents effectively
• Proficiency with basic reporting tools / MS Office

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
