About the Role:
MDN Edify Education is looking for an enthusiastic and caring Pre-Primary Teacher to join our academic team at the Kompally campus. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and skilled at creating engaging, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive lessons in literacy, numeracy, arts, play, and physical development.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe and assess each child’s progress and maintain accurate developmental records.
• Differentiate instruction to meet individual learning needs.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to design creative thematic units and school-wide activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians through meetings, reports, and informal updates.
• Ensure classroom safety, organization, and cleanliness at all times.
• Participate actively in staff meetings, training programs, and school events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (B.Ed preferred).
• Experience teaching pre-primary or early childhood levels.
• Strong communication, creativity, and classroom-management skills.
• Passion for working with young learners.
