Precast Technician

Pete Lien and Sons, Inc. is seeking a motivated and dependable Precast Technician to join our team in Rapid City, South Dakota. As a Precast Technician, youll play a key role in our operations, ensuring the safe and efficient production of high-quality precast concrete products.

About The Role

• Stripping and preparing forms, finishing concrete, and maintaining production standards.
• Performing preventive maintenance, assisting with repairs, and keeping the work environment clean and organized.
  
  

Operating equipment to move materials, load trucks, and secure shipments.

• Working alongside team members to support production, communicate effectively, and assist as needed.
  
  

Working in various weather conditions, handling physically demanding tasks, and following all safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
