We are seeking a highly motivated Precision Manufacturing & Quality Technician to join our team.

Machinists, CNC Operators, EDM Operators, Toolmakers, Quality Inspectors, CAD Technicians, and other mechanically inclined manufacturing professionals are encouraged to apply.

Position Summary

This position combines precision manufacturing, EDM machining, quality inspection, CAD drafting, and product development support. Much of our work is custom and low-volume, requiring attention to detail, problem-solving, and craftsmanship.

We are willing to train the right candidate on EDM equipment and specialized flaw manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

· Set up and operate sinker EDM equipment and related manufacturing processes.

· Manufacture precision flaws and discontinuities to customer specifications.

· Read and interpret engineering drawings.

· Perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring equipment.

· Create or modify CAD drawings and manufacturing documentation.

· Assist with quality control documentation and inspection reports.

· Design or improve fixtures, tooling, and manufacturing processes.

· Support product development and custom projects.

· Troubleshoot manufacturing and quality issues.

· Maintain equipment and a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

· Manufacturing, machining, CNC, EDM, toolmaking, quality inspection, CAD, welding, fabrication, or similar technical experience.

· Ability to read engineering drawings.

· Familiarity with precision measuring tools.

· Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

· High attention to detail.

Preferred but Not Required

· EDM experience.

· CAD experience.

· CMM or metrology experience.

· ISO 9001 experience.

· Aerospace, defense, NDT, or precision manufacturing experience.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
