Preconstruction Manager

Title: Preconstruction Manager

Location: Lenexa, Kansas

Pay: $125k-$150k base (DOE) + 10-35% bonus (DOE) + Truck + Gas Card

We have been in business for the last 50+ years and have a very strong track record in the following fields (in order of most pressing at the moment):

1. Public Sector - Fire Station, Police Facility, City Halls
2. Mixed Use - Large Multi Family with Retail, Retail, Class A Office Towers
3. Healthcare - Medical Offices, Surgical Centers

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of industry experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Proven ability to maintain detailed and accurate processes for estimating, bidding, negotiations, and final cost analysis
• Strong understanding of project documentation at both conceptual and schematic design phases
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with subcontractors, owners, designers, and key stakeholders
