Preconstruction Manager Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
· Experience living and working in Denver.
· Fulltime employment in the Denver office.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Bluebeam and Procore.

Responsibilities:
· Develop conceptual estimates based on preliminary plans and information.
· Complete quantity take-offs and internal estimates.
· Thoroughly review and understand project documents, project scope and special requirements for each project.
· Identify and solicit appropriate subcontractor and supplier bids based on project requirements.
· Comprehensive scope comparison to analyze subcontractor and supplier proposals.
· Initiate alternative pricing options including value enhancement opportunities.
· Prepare and present proposals to clients.
· Coordinate the project transition from preconstruction and the bid phase to the construction project team.
