Predictable Southwest Regional Route | Class A Drivers

Looking for a steady regional route with simple freight, consistent miles, and dependable time at home each week?
We are currently hiring Class A CDL drivers for a Southwest regional lane offering predictable schedules, competitive CPM pay, and reliable year-round freight.

This opportunity is ideal for drivers who want to stay productive on the road without giving up quality home time.
Only 6 months of tractor-trailer experience required.

Route & Schedule Overview

• Regional runs throughout the Southwest

• Home every week for a full 34-hour reset

• 100% no-touch freight

• Majority drop & hook loads

• Operate late-model, well-maintained equipment

• Consistent freight and dependable mileage

  
  

Pay & Bonus Opportunities

• Base pay: $0.53 CPM on all miles (loaded + empty)

• Safety / performance bonus: additional $0.01–$0.03 CPM

• Strong weekly earning potential with steady freight

✅ Minimum Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 6 months recent tractor-trailer experience

• Must be 21 years or older

• Good driving history preferred

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
