Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour

Complete Clarity is looking for energetic, reliable, and compassionate tutors to join our team. We provide one-on-one academic support for students in grades Pre-K through 12 and are currently hiring for our summer tutoring program, with opportunities to continue into the school year.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one tutoring to students in grades Pre-K-12
• Create and implement individualized lesson plans
• Complete session notes and documentation
• Help students build academic confidence and skills
• Communicate professionally with families and staff

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma required
• Current college students must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher
• Previous tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or childcare experience preferred
• Experience working with children and adolescents
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and professionally

Availability

• Must be available at least 3 days per week
• Summer sessions may take place mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
• During the school year, most sessions occur after school and early evenings
• Some weekend availability preferred

Summer Opportunities

We are currently seeking tutors for our summer tutoring program. Summer hours offer greater scheduling flexibility, including daytime availability. Tutors who perform well during the summer may have the opportunity to continue tutoring with us throughout the school year.
