Premedia Print Manager

We are growing and looking for a detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated Premedia / Print Manager to lead our Design and Print teams. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and are passionate about organization and accuracy, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Operations

  • Lead daily operations of the Design and Print teams, managing workflow, timelines, and performance
  • Prioritize projects and allocate resources to meet deadlines
  • Drive efficiency improvements and streamline internal processes
  • Set and track departmental performance goals

Design & Production Oversight

  • Oversee design layouts, proofs, and installation documentation
  • Ensure all work meets brand standards and quality expectations
  • Maintain quality control across all output
  • Support design development and proofing as needed

Project & Team Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Production, and Installation teams to execute projects seamlessly
  • Communicate project specs, materials, and timelines clearly
  • Review installation layouts and support field teams
  • Manage external vendors to ensure quality and consistency

Client & Internal Support

  • Work directly with clients to develop and refine design solutions
  • Manage internal design needs (signage, marketing materials, etc.)
  • Coordinate digital proofs and approvals

Production Readiness

  • Prepare files for print and installation with accurate specifications
  • Ensure proper file setup, color accuracy, and production standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in graphic design, print production, or related field
  • 2+ years of leadership experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat)
  • Strong knowledge of print production, file prep, and color management
  • Experience with large-format printing and signage preferred
  • Familiarity with project management or production scheduling tools
