Bettar Appliance Master is an established appliance sales and repair company serving the Bethesda, Kensington, Chevy Chase, and NW DC markets. Under new ownership and management since 2024, we are building a higher-end service company focused on professionalism, technical excellence, and customer experience.

We are looking for an experienced appliance repair technician with strong refrigeration and sealed-system diagnostic ability.

This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking someone who:

• Can properly diagnose refrigeration and cooling issues
• Is confident working on premium brands and front-load laundry
• Communicates professionally with upscale residential customers
• Takes pride in solving difficult problems correctly
• Wants consistent work and long-term opportunity

Ideal Experience:

• Refrigerators / sealed systems
• Ice makers Front-load washers
• Built-in kitchen appliances
• Premium brands preferred
• EPA certification preferred
• Strong diagnostic skills required

Compensation depends on experience and capability.

Typical ranges:

• Strong appliance technician: $80,000–$120,000+
• Elite refrigeration / sealed-system technician: $100,000–$150,000+

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• Professional appearance and communication
• Ability to independently diagnose and complete repairs
