Role Overview
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented Receptionist & Studio Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for front desk reception, member support, and maintaining high cleanliness standards across the studio and changing rooms.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a wellness environment and takes pride in organisation, cleanliness, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Customer Service
- Welcome members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage class check-ins and bookings
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and basic enquiries
- Assist members with memberships, passes, and general studio information
- Support instructors and management with daily studio operations
Studio & Cleaning Duties
- Ensure the studio, reformer beds, equipment, and reception area are clean and well-presented at all times
- Clean and maintain changing rooms, showers, and bathrooms to a high hygiene standard
- Refill towels, toiletries, water, and studio supplies
- Follow daily and weekly cleaning checklists
- Maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or cleaning (preferred but not essential)
- Friendly, professional, and well-presented
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and split shifts if required
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
