Join the famiglia! Il Fornaio, is seeking a Prep Cook to join our kitchen team. Our ideal candidate is polite, attentive and works efficiently in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities include:

• Completing all food prep required based on business.
• Maintaining cleanliness of floors and surfaces
• Adhering to all company recipes
• Completing cleaning and other tasks
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintaining a positive teamwork attitude
• Communicating clearly, professionally and respectfully
• Being able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Having a flexible work schedule including weekend availability
