Prep Cook

Job Summary
We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Prep Cook to join our team. This role is essential to our daily operations, supporting both kitchen production and retail product. If you enjoy working with high-quality ingredients and thrive in a culinary environment, we’d love to meet you. This position is for 30 - 35 hours a week.

Duties

• Prepare ingredients (chopping, portioning, marinating, etc.)
• Assist in daily kitchen production and setup
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas
• Follow recipes and portion standards accurately
• Assist with inventory and restocking
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed

Requirements

• Previous kitchen or prep experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
