About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Prepress / Graphic Production Specialist who can take client files and prepare them for flawless print output across digital, offset, and large format.

The focus is on file prep, variable data, and print accuracy—with some light design.

Responsibilities

• Preflight, fix, and prepare client files for print

• Set up and manage variable data / data merge mailing projects (InDesign)

• Ensure files meet production standards (CMYK, bleeds, resolution, imposition)

• Catch and correct issues before they reach production

• Layout proofs in InDesign and communicate clearly with clients

• Handle multiple jobs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• 2+ years hands-on prepress or print production experience

• Advanced Adobe skills:

• Adobe InDesign (primary), Illustrator, Photoshop

• Adobe Acrobat (preflight/editing)

• Experience with variable data / mail merge workflow

• Solid understanding of:

• CMYK vs RGB, bleeds, crop marks, resolution

• Imposition and print workflows

• Comfortable fixing client-supplied files (not just creating your own)

• Highly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines
