<Responsibilities>

• Prepare and review digital files for print and web, ensuring they meet technical specifications and quality standards.
• Background in flexographic printing including art layout, print plate preparation and step and repeat knowledge a plus.
• Manage color accuracy through color management techniques, ensuring consistency across various media.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and InVision to create and refine designs.
• Execute layout design, typesetting, logo design, and digital art projects with precision and creativity.
• Conduct photo manipulation, photo editing, and digital art production to operational efficiency.
• Ensure all files are correctly prepared for printing or digital publishing by applying best practices in file formatting, resolution settings, and file organization.
• Support motion graphics creation and video editing projects using Adobe After Effects or similar tools when needed.
• Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines while exploring innovative visual solutions for diverse projects.

<Qualifications>

• Proven experience in graphic design, visual design, or prepress production with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), along with familiarity with Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, InVision, and other design tools.
• Solid understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and typesetting principles.
• Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics is a plus for digital projects.
• Knowledge of content management systems like WordPress or similar platforms is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills with presentation skills to articulate concepts clearly across teams.
• Familiarity with sign manufacturing processes and print production workflows is advantageous. Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
