Prepress & Print Production Specialist

Responsibilities:

- Reviewing and organizing client artwork files

- Setting up files to print

- Verifying colors (CMYK, Pantone spot colors)

- Creating barcodes

- Proof generation

- Creating PDFs

- Communicating with project managers, quality control and the production team

- Operate and maintain printing equipment, including presses and digital printers

- Set up and adjust machines for each print job
- Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed
- Ensure proper ink levels and color management
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Collaborate with team to ensure accurate reproduction of designs
- Fabricate and assemble printed materials, such as brochures, flyers, and banners
- Perform quality control checks to ensure printed materials meet specifications

Experience:
- Previous experience operating printing equipment, such as presses or digital printers
- Familiarity with color management techniques and software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues
- Experience with quality control procedures to ensure accurate and consistent prints
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required
