Role Description

We are looking for a Presales Cloud Solutions Consultant to work closely with our founder in designing, proposing, and demonstrating technology solutions to SMB clients in Saudi Arabia. You will be the technical face for our customers, guiding them through IT, cloud, and software solutions while supporting our business development efforts.

Your focus will be on technical guidance, solution design, and client enablement, with exposure to vendor partnerships and cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft 365, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with SMB clients to understand business needs, pain points, and technical requirements.
• Design and propose IT, cloud, and software solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Prepare technical proposals, demos, and presentations for clients and vendors.
• Act as a technical liaison with our technology vendors.
• Support the team in preparing statements of work, quotes, and solution roadmaps.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technology trends, particularly in cloud, cybersecurity, and automation.
• Assist in the evaluation of tools, software, and systems for client implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Microsoft 365) and IT infrastructure.
• Comfortable with technical demonstrations and client presentations.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Skills

• Hands on experience with cloud providers, especially AWS.
• Understanding of SMB IT challenges in Saudi Arabia.

Additional Pay

The offer will include a base sales % commission with a bonus % once the set threshold is reached.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ﷼4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
