Presales Engineer - CAD, PLM & ALM Solutions

📌 About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Presales Engineer who will play a key technical role in supporting and accelerating the sales of our CAD, PLM, and ALM solution portfolio—primarily focused on PTC technologies (Creo, Windchill, Integrity / Codebeamer).

In this role, you will interact directly with engineering teams and business stakeholders, understand their needs, build compelling demos, and contribute to technical solution design and PoC implementations.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations for CAD, PLM, and ALM solutions
• Understand customer workflows, capture technical requirements, and translate them into tailored solution proposals
• Perform advanced 3D modeling and design tasks using CAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks, NX, etc.)
• Demonstrate core functionalities of PDM/PLM and ALM systems (Windchill, Teamcenter, SolidWorks PDM, Codebeamer, Integrity)
• Support RFI/RFP processes with detailed technical documentation and solution descriptions
• Participate in Proof of Concept (PoC) projects: data preparation, scenario execution, validation, and reporting
• Collaborate closely with the sales team and contribute to customer meetings as the technical lead
• Continuously improve knowledge of product lifecycle management, configuration management, and digital engineering standards
• Create and maintain demo scripts, technical documentation, and product content for internal and external use

🧠 Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Automotive, Mechatronics, or related engineering fields
• 3-5 years of experience in CAD, PLM, ALM or technical presales roles
• Strong hands-on CAD expertise—Creo experience is a plus
• Knowledge of PLM and ALM concepts, system architectures, and engineering change/configuration processes
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and business-oriented manner
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally when required
