Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Presales Engineer, located within the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales and technical teams to design solutions, prepare proposals, and support the full pre-sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the sales department to identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE.
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, and system designs for ICT & ELV projects.
• Conduct meetings and presentations to demonstrate solutions and address client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to finalize solutions and ensure successful sales closure.
• Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and professional follow-up.
• Stay updated on market trends, technologies, and competitors in the ICT & ELV domain.
• Provide technical support for tenders, RFPs, and solution design requests.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrical, or Telecommunications Engineering (or related field).
• Proven ICT & ELV presales experience (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of: CCTV, Access Control, Gate Barriers, PABX, Intercom, Audio Visual, SMATV, Networking, IT Security, and Structured Cabling.
• Excellent technical writing and proposal preparation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to manage work independently in a remote environment.
• SIRA or ADMCC certifications are a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
