The Presales Manager will lead and manage all pre-sales activities across the company’s four business units:


  1. SAP Products & Services
  2. Software Development & Cloud Services (AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, Nintex, ServiceNow, etc.)
  3. IT Outsourcing & Expert Staffing
  4. Business Intelligence, Data, and Machine Learning Solutions


This role is responsible for developing winning proposals, engaging in technical business development, delivering client presentations and demos, and ensuring technical solutions meet client needs—particularly for the government sector in Saudi Arabia. The Presales Manager will act as the bridge between sales, technical teams, and clients, ensuring a seamless and effective solutioning process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proposal Management
  • Lead and oversee the creation of high-quality proposals in response to RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
  • Ensure full compliance with tender requirements, especially on Saudi government procurement platforms (e.g., Etimad).
  • Collaborate with technical teams and business units to develop competitive solutions.
  • Maintain a central library of proposal templates, references, and case studies for reusability.


  • Technical Business Development
  • Conduct discovery sessions to understand client needs and design suitable technical solutions.
  • Deliver impactful presentations, solution walkthroughs, and product demos.
  • Prepare proof-of-concepts (PoCs) and solution architectures tailored to client requirements.
  • Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers in client organizations, especially in government entities.


  • Collaboration & Partnerships
  • Coordinate with solution architects, delivery managers, and manage company’s relationship with partners to position the company as preferred partner in all projects.
  • Manage joint activity planning with partners, including joint pipeline discussions, organizing QBR’s and aligning with marketing team to drive joint marketing activities.
  • Work closely with sales teams to identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities across all BUs.
  • Maintain and strengthen strategic relationships with technology partners.


  • Market Awareness & Industry Engagement
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Attend and represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and partner summits.
  • Provide regular insights and feedback to management on market opportunities and threats.


  • Internal Enablement
  • Train and mentor presales engineers and junior team members.
  • Develop demo environments and maintain technical readiness for all solutions.
  • Drive internal knowledge-sharing sessions to align teams on solution capabilities.


  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
  • 7–10 years’ proven presales or solution consulting experience in the IT sector.
  • Strong track record of winning large-scale bids, particularly in the Saudi government sector.
  • Broad technical knowledge covering SAP, cloud computing, software development, automation tools, outsourcing, BI, data analytics, and AI.
  • Strong proposal writing, solution design, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines while managing multiple opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.


  • Preferred Certifications (optional but advantageous)
  • SAP certifications (any relevant module)
  • AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Oracle Cloud certifications
  • ITIL, PMP, or other project management credentials
