Presales Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Presales Manager to drive solutioning and customer engagements across modern workplace and hybrid/multi-cloud environments.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with sales teams to drive technical solutioning and support deal closures
  • Design and present end-to-end Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Security, Compliance, Intune, Entra ID)
  • Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, demos, and POCs
  • Architect and support M365 migrations (tenant-to-tenant, Exchange, SharePoint)
  • Prepare BoM, cost estimates, and ROI analysis
  • Support RFP/RFI responses and collaborate with OEM teams
  • This position will carry indirect business/revenue targets aligned with solution adoption, customer engagement, and overall sales growth objectives.

🔹 Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience across Microsoft 365 full stack
  • Proven experience in M365 migrations and transformations
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
  • Understanding of licensing and commercial constructs
