Hiring for Presales & Strategic Content Specialist

Role Overview : We are looking for a highly skilled Presales & Strategic Content Specialist to lead proposal writing, presentation development, and strategic communication for government and enterprise projects. The role involves converting complex technical solutions into clear, persuasive documentation and working closely with leadership to support key business pursuits.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop complete responses for RFPs, tenders, EOIs, and concept notes.Write structured content: executive summaries, problem statements, solution overviews, SLAs/KPIs, compliance matrices, and deployment models.Create high-impact business and technical presentations for government officials, enterprise clients, and investors.Draft appointment letters, briefing notes, case studies, whitepapers, and success stories.Collaborate with CEO’s office, BD, product, tech, and marketing teams for accurate and on-brand content.Conduct research on departments, schemes, competitors, and sector benchmarks.

Skills :Excellent English writing, structuring, and storytelling skills.Strong understanding of AI/ML, cloud fundamentals, APIs, dashboards, and enterprise app ecosystems.Expertise in PowerPoint; proficiency in Word, Excel; familiarity with Canva/Figma and Visio/Draw.io.Ability to work under tight timelines, multitask, and maintain quality.Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with senior leadership.
