Monday-Friday 9am-12pm- Preschool, Bel Air- Mid August

Monday-Wednesday 9am-12pm- Preschool, Sherman Oaks- Mid August

Our Organization:

The Nest LA provides parent coaching, naturalized ABA support for children 2-10 years old and social skills groups in the Studio City and surrounding areas of Los Angeles. We focus on the specific needs of each client in their daycare, preschool or home and partner with their family, teachers and other service providers involved. The Nest LA is seeking theraputic or behavior assistants who has experience working with children under seven years old in preschool, private school or day care settings. The qualified applicant is someone who easily jumps in to engage and play with children using age appropriate strategies to help children meet their individual goals. As we are a company that prefers to promote and grow from within this candidate will be superb at supporting children to realize their potential. In addition, this applicant will have first rate skills in the following domains: communication, organization, and child development knowledge.

Job Requirements

• Great Communication Skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of ABA treatment techniques and treatment program designs for children of varying skill levels
• B.A. /B.S. in related field preferred
• Bi-lingual is a Plus
• Proven people-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent administrative skills

Expected hours: Between 15 to 35 hour per week; follows school calendar.
