Preschool 3/4/Kinder Language Arts teacher

Position Summary: Preschool English Teacher (PreK 3 & PreK 4)

Jump Immersion School is seeking a dedicated and nurturing Preschool English Teacher to support students in PreK 3, PreK 4, and Kinder. This role is responsible for fostering early English language and literacy development in a structured, engaging, and play-based learning environment.

The Preschool English Teacher will implement developmentally appropriate lessons that build foundational skills in phonemic awareness, early reading, and writing, while also supporting students’ social-emotional growth. The ideal candidate creates a warm, responsive classroom culture and is able to engage young learners through interactive activities such as storytelling, songs, and hands-on experiences.

This position requires strong collaboration with co-teachers within a multilingual immersion model, as well as consistent communication with families. The teacher will maintain organized classroom routines, contribute to student progress reporting, and uphold the school’s standards for instruction and classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with preschool-aged children (PreK 3–PreK 4 preferred)
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and literacy instruction
• Ability to create engaging, play-based learning experiences
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment

Pay: $41,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
