$750 New Hire Bonus • Flexible / Sub
Pay: $17–$18.50 per hour
Grow with Us: This is a great entry point into early childhood education. We’ll support you in earning your CDA (Child Development Associate)—at no cost to you—and help you grow into a Preschool Teacher role, where you can earn $19–$25 per hour.
As a substitute Preschool Aide, you’ll support different classrooms as needed—helping maintain consistency and care when regular staff are out.
Your day may include:
Assisting with activities like art, music, and outdoor play
Supporting daily routines (snack time, transitions, clean-up)
Helping children feel safe, engaged, and included
Stepping into classrooms to support teachers and maintain a positive environment

A genuine love for working with young children
At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
Reliable, adaptable, and ready to jump in where needed
Experience with children (babysitting, parenting, tutoring, coaching, or volunteering) is a plus—but not required
Substitute / On-Call position (no set schedule)

Weekday daytime hours based on center needs (8 hours per week min)
