Position Snapshot

• Location: Mililani Tech Park Preschool

• Schedule: Substitute / On‑Call (weekday daytime hours)

• Pay: $17.00–$18.50/hour

• Bonus: $500 New Hire Bonus

• Employment Type: Preschool Substitute / Early Childhood Support

What You’ll Do

As a Substitute Preschool Aide, you’ll assist in classrooms when regular staff are out—helping ensure each day remains positive, safe, and engaging for young learners.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting teachers with classroom activities (art, music, outdoor play)

• Assisting with daily routines such as snacks, transitions, and clean‑up

• Helping children feel welcomed, secure, and included

• Adapting to different classrooms and teamwork styles

• Creating continuity and calm for children during staff absences

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine interest in working with young children

• 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED

• Dependable, adaptable, and ready to step in where needed

• Experience with children (babysitting, parenting, tutoring, coaching, volunteering) is helpful—but not required
