Location: Mililani Tech Park Preschool
Schedule: Substitute / On‑Call (weekday daytime hours)
Pay: $17.00–$18.50/hour
Bonus: $500 New Hire Bonus

As a Substitute Preschool Aide, you’ll assist in classrooms when regular staff are out—helping ensure each day remains positive, safe, and engaging for young learners.
Your responsibilities may include:
Supporting teachers with classroom activities (art, music, outdoor play)
Assisting with daily routines such as snacks, transitions, and clean‑up
Helping children feel welcomed, secure, and included
Adapting to different classrooms and teamwork styles
Creating continuity and calm for children during staff absences
No two days are the same—and that flexibility is part of the fun.

A genuine interest in working with young children
18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
Dependable, adaptable, and ready to step in where needed
Experience with children (babysitting, parenting, tutoring, coaching, volunteering) is helpful—but not required
