Role Overview:
Responsible for the smooth day-to-day functioning of the preschool. This is a hands-on role requiring active involvement in admin work, parent communication, child engagement, and coordination of daily services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative tasks and maintain basic records
  • Interact with parents, handle queries, and share regular updates
  • Engage with children during activities and support teachers when required
  • Coordinate breakfast/meal management and ensure timely execution
  • Ensure discipline, routines, and schedules are followed
  • Support event coordination and other assigned operational tasks

Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable multitasking and taking ownership
  • Should be firm, organized, and responsible
  • Good communication skills (English & Hindi must + Local Language)
  • Prior preschool/daycare experience preferred (not mandatory)
  • Willing to handle both desk work and on-floor responsibilities

Work Nature:
This is not a desk-only role. Active involvement with children and daily operations is mandatory.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
