We are seeking an energetic and strategic Preschool Assistant Director to join our dedicated team. This leadership role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the educational experience of young children while managing daily operations, fostering a positive learning environment, and supporting staff development. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for early childhood education, strong management skills, and a commitment to creating an enriching environment for students and staff alike. Responsibilities

  • Assist in overseeing daily classroom activities and ensuring adherence to curriculum standards.
  • Support the development and implementation of curriculum plans that promote holistic growth.
  • Lead efforts in strategic planning to enhance program quality and community engagement.
  • Manage budgeting processes, including resource allocation and expense oversight.
  • Supervise teaching staff, providing mentorship, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
  • Coordinate fundraising initiatives to support program enhancements and facility improvements.
  • Represent the academy at community events through public speaking engagements and outreach efforts. Requirements
  • Proven experience in education administration or school management within early childhood settings.
  • Strong background in curriculum development, classroom teaching, and working directly with young children.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising staff and managing teams.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with expertise in budgeting and strategic planning.
  • Effective public speaking skills to engage with families, community partners, and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of best practices in early childhood education and familiarity with classroom management techniques.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
