Preschool Centre Head / Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Centre Head to lead the overall functioning of our preschool. The role involves ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, strong parent relationships, smooth daily operations, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day preschool operations, safety, and compliance

Support teachers with academic planning, classroom quality, and curriculum implementation

Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback

Lead, mentor, and manage teaching and support staff

Handle parent communication, concerns, and engagement activities

Manage admissions, enquiries, center tours, and enrollment targets

Coordinate events, schedules, resources, and documentation

Support marketing and promotional activities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (ECE/Education preferred)

3–7 years of experience in early childhood education; minimum 1 year in a leadership role

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Warm, child-centric approach and ability to build strong relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
