Required education:

• High school or equivalent

A definite Plus:

• Experience in the Childcare Industry
• 45 DCF hours, Associates, CDA, and/or Degree (in a child-related field is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood development and learning.
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's development and daily activities.
• Maintain compliance with DCF regulations and uphold high standards of childcare.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
