Preschool Classroom Teacher

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PreK-4 classroom teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students during the school day. This position requires a strong commitment to fostering a positive and nurturing atmosphere, ensuring that each child receives the guidance and support they need to thrive.

Duties

• Provide individualized support and care for children, focusing on their emotional, social, and educational development.
• Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Develop and deliver tailored lesson plans for students unique needs
• Create a structured environments conducive to learning
• Ensure a safe environment by applying first aid when necessary and adhering to health guidelines.

Skills

• Strong background in childcare and early childhood education.
• Proficient in classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.
• Understanding of childhood development, appropriate instructional strategies to match childhood development, and appropriate expectations for students.
• Experience working with preschool students in various capacities, including sports coaching or educational settings.
• Knowledge of first aid practices to ensure the safety of all children under care.
• Familiarity with Christian classroom principles is a plus, promoting holistic development aligned with family values.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
