Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. This role involves implementing engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards while ensuring each child's unique needs are met.

Duties

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning in areas such as math, literacy, and social skills.
• Educate children on various subjects through interactive activities, games, and hands-on experiences.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
• Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Assess children's developmental progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs, including those of children with special education requirements.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience within the preschool setting.
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that promotes a positive learning atmosphere.

Requirements

• Experience in tutoring or teaching preschool-aged children is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to create lesson plans that are both educational and enjoyable for young learners.
