Our organization is currently seeking talented and motivated Dance Instructor to teach classes at our many preschool and daycare locations in the Plano, Dallas, McKinney areas. Applicants should be experienced in working with children and could be needed to teach dance, gymnastics, and some sports classes. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidates interested in helping to foster an appreciation for health and fitness among preschool aged children.

This position would be Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with a 1-3 hour lunch break. An occasional weekend, early mornings or nights maybe required.

We are looking for candidates to start training as soon as possible.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

Instruct preschool-aged children in dance, gymnastics and sports.

Create a fun and safe learning environment

Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents and schools

Communicate with parents on students' growth and progress through monthly report cards

Maintain the health and safety of all students

Drive to multiple preschools per day

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in childcare, teaching, coaching or other related fields is preferred

Passionate about fitness and working with children

Ability to build rapport with children

Fun, exciting, positive and patient demeanor

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must have reliable transportation as this job requires a lot of driving

Must be able to pass stringent background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $41,000.00 per year
