Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Lead Teacher/Teacher to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will lead classroom activities, develop engaging curricula, and support the holistic development of children across various age groups. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will inspire young learners and contribute to a positive, enriching environment that promotes curiosity, learning, and social-emotional growth.

Duties

  • Design and implement dynamic lesson plans tailored to early childhood education standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods
  • Foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment through effective behavior management and classroom management techniques
  • Support children’s developmental milestones by applying knowledge of childhood development and early intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address individual needs, and promote child welfare
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress, assessments, and standardized testing results
  • Engage in ongoing curriculum development to ensure lessons are innovative, age-appropriate, and aligned with best practices in preschool experience and daycare settings
  • Supervise classroom activities to ensure safety, engagement, and positive social interactions among students

Skills

  • Extensive experience in early childhood education with a strong background in preschool teaching and classroom management
  • Proficiency in curriculum development across diverse subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods
  • Knowledge of special education needs, early intervention techniques, and behavior management strategies
  • Excellent communication skills for working effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners
  • Ability to plan engaging lessons that incorporate standardized testing preparation and tutoring when needed
  • Familiarity with toddler care practices, childcare regulations, and child welfare standards
  • Demonstrated classroom experience in private school or daycare environments with a focus on childhood development principles
