Position Overview

Position: Preschool Director
Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried

The Preschool Director will oversee daily school operations, staff management, licensing compliance, curriculum implementation, family communication, and overall school success. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about early childhood education.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess:

• EEC Director II Certification
• CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a licensed childcare center
• At least 1 year of leadership or management experience
• Previous classroom teaching experience
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• A passion for mentoring educators and building strong school culture
