Job Summary

Duties
- Lead the overall management and daily operations of the child care center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Develop, implement, and evaluate curriculum plans that promote early childhood development and learning
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of care and education
- Maintain compliance with all licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and accreditation requirements
- Foster positive relationships with families, providing regular communication about children’s progress and center activities
- Oversee enrollment processes, billing, record-keeping, and administrative tasks to ensure operational excellence
- Promote a welcoming environment that encourages diversity, inclusion, and community engagement
Requirements
- MUST BE certified in early childhood education or a related field of study.
- Proven experience in education administration or managing a childcare or preschool facility
- Strong management skills with a track record of successfully leading teams and projects.
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation of educational initiatives.
- An advanced (master's) degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams working with young children and their families
- Strong knowledge of licensing standards, safety protocols, and best practices in early childhood education
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with staff, parents, licensing agencies, and community partners
- Experience working with students or young learners enhances your ability to create engaging educational environments

Pay: $58,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
