We are looking for an energetic, nurturing, and confident leader to join our team as a Preschool Gymnastics Lead Teacher! This position is perfect for someone who loves working with young children and believes movement is the foundation for confidence, coordination, and lifelong success.

Our preschool program focuses on ages walking–5 and emphasizes fun, structure, skill development, and positive encouragement.

Position Summary

The Preschool Gymnastics Lead Teacher is responsible for planning and leading engaging, age-appropriate gymnastics classes for preschool-aged children. This role requires strong classroom management, high energy, clear communication with parents, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured preschool gymnastics classes (Ages Walking–5)
• Create weekly lesson plans that focus on basic gymnastics skills, coordination, balance, and strength
• Maintain a safe, positive, and organized class environment
• Manage class transitions and keep young children engaged
• Communicate clearly and professionally with parents
• Evaluate student progress and celebrate milestones
• Set up and break down equipment as needed
• Work collaboratively with other coaches and leadership

Qualifications

• Experience working with children (preschool, daycare, teaching, coaching, etc.)
• Strong leadership and classroom management skills
• Energetic, patient, and positive personality
• Reliable and punctual
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Gymnastics or athletic background preferred but not required
• Early Childhood Education background is a plus

Schedule: Part-time -- Must be available weekday mornings starting at 9:30AM and afternoon/evenings starting at 4:30PM-7:00PM

Compensation

Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
Opportunities for growth within the program.

Pay: $13.00 - $20.00 per hour
