Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool US Driver License Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a nurturing learning environment for young children, with a strong background in curriculum development, childhood development, and classroom management. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's educational and social growth while working in a supportive and collaborative setting.

Duties

  • Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum focused on literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional learning.
  • Plan and execute daily lesson plans that align with educational standards and individual student needs.
  • Manage classroom activities to promote positive behavior management and create a safe, inclusive environment for children.
  • Support children’s developmental milestones through tailored activities.
  • Assess student progress through observation and standardized testing; adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to support each child's welfare and educational journey.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student development, attendance, and assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and maintain a clean, organized classroom environment.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood education and classroom management.

Qualifications

  • Valid US Driver License required for transportation duties.
  • Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings; private school experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management techniques, and early intervention practices.
  • Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and teaching physical education.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
