We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that supports literacy education, math skills, and physical education.
- Create lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning needs of children, including those requiring special education and early intervention strategies.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, utilizing behavior management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment.
- Provide individualized attention to students, fostering their emotional and social development through effective communication skills.
- Conduct assessments and standardized testing as needed to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's learning at home, providing guidance on childcare practices.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that promotes exploration and discovery.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with preschool-aged children in daycare or private school settings.
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and classroom management techniques.
- Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored for young learners.
- Familiarity with Montessori methods is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while demonstrating leadership qualities when necessary.
