Preschool Lead Teacher

Responsibilities

• Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with our curriculum and foster a love of learning.
• Create a positive, engaging, and organized classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and self-expression.
• Observe and assess children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents/guardians.
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents, sharing daily updates and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with co-teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care, adhering to all school policies and licensing requirements.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
